This class is a collaboration between Tampa Bay Krav Maga and Stop The Movement, a non-profit whose mission is to educate, empower and equip to end human trafficking and exploitation.

First, the experienced instructors at Tampa Bay Krav Maga will teach you the self-defense moves every woman needs to know. Next, we will break into discussion on the unknowns and risks of online dating apps, tricks predators use, signs of a bad relationship/boyfriend and how the normalization of pornography affects our relationships today.
